      To whom It May Concern:

      It is my pleasure to introduce you to Alan Bennett and his team at A-1        Building Maintenance. Alan has been at Chapman University since 1989 and        continues to deliver a high quality service that I believe a few can        match. 

            For myself, having Alan on my team has allowed me to dramatically        reduce the amount of time I must spend on custodial issue. For the        University, Alan has significantly improved the level of custodial service        while at the same time reducing our previous in-house costs. It is though        Alan's proactive approach and customer orientation that this has been        possible.
